The data we process may include sensitive data as defined by EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) or personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life provided by you voluntarily in the notes field of the booking form, because they are instrumental to the provision of our services (food allergies, people with disabilities, information on the state of health, etc.).
The data in question will be processed in accordance with the general authorization of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data N 5 issued limited to the data and operations indispensable to fulfill the obligations, including pre-contractual ones, that the structure assumes in its sector of activity, in order to provide specific goods, services or services requested by the interested party.

Pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), any data of a sensitive nature will be treated by us with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disseminated.

Data recipients

The personal data processed by the Data Controllers are not disclosed, that is, they are not disclosed to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of making them available or simple consultation. They can be communicated to the workers who work for the Owners and to some external subjects who collaborate with them. They may also be communicated, within the strictly necessary limits, to subjects who, for the purpose of processing your requests, must provide goods or perform services or services on behalf of the Owners. Data retention

The Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the current provisions on civil and fiscal matters.

Rights of the interested party
