Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings can be made by credit card or satispay..
  2. It is not possible to make the entire payment upon arrival in the b & b, without paying any deposit, unless expressly authorized.
  3. In order to confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to pay an ADVANCE equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. This payment must be made by bank transfer, credit card, satispay or other payment instruments that can be selected after the booking procedure. Until the advance payment is made, your reservation will not be considered confirmed and, unless otherwise agreed directly with the management, the requested room will be released and put up for sale. Your reservation will be considered CONFIRMED when you receive the confirmation email containing, among other things, important information, including information on how to reach us. We invite you to print the latter and bring it with you.   4. A valid identification document (Identity card, Driving license or Passport), has to be shown in order to allow the compilation of the prescribed Public Safety forms.
  5. The balance of your stay must be paid on the first day, upon your arrival. It is possible to pay in cash, debit card or credit card. Checks are not accepted. Any extras and services can be paid directly on site, usually at the end of the stay (Check-out), unless otherwise agreed with the management.
  6. For cancellations received within 10 days before the arrival date, the Customer will be refunded the entire deposit paid, net of bank or postal charges; for cancellations received between 10 and 3 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be retained plus bank or postal costs to return the remaining deposit; for cancellations received in the three (3) days prior to arrival or on the same day or in case of no-show at the B&B (no-show), the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if it appears that a customer is involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, or in other circumstances in which the reservation contains a clear error or is itself likely to be the consequence.
  8. The reception is open every day from 7:00 to 10:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00
  9. Reservations can be made online and by telephone from 7:00 to 22:00.
    From 22:00 to 7:00, unless otherwise agreed with the management, it will not be possible to reach us by phone and all the emails sent will be managed the following morning.
  10. The tourist tax amounts to 2.30 euros per night per person and is already included in the room price.
  11. Any criticisms, complaints or simple suggestions are always welcome because they allow us to improve our service. However, any refund requests made after the stay will not be considered.
  12. The data you provide will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations imposed by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and will be processed through suitable tools to guarantee the security of the data.

Internal regulations

“Colazione da Augusta” is a family run Bed & Breakfast. We are not a hotel and therefore we offer different services from those offered by a hotel.

In order to guarantee you and all our guests a pleasant and peaceful stay, we kindly invite you to read and respect the following regulations. In general, we ask you to respect the other guests and the place that welcomes you.

  1. Smoking is not allowed inside the structure. Otherwise the costs of cleaning, sanitization and any damage caused to the objects will be invoiced.
  2. Smoking is allowed only in the garden.
  3. It is forbidden to prepare, cook, consume and bring food into the rooms.
  4. Please, always remember that you are in a private house: therefore have respect for its inhabitants and the objects it contains.
  5. Please always report any damage, pre-existing or accidentally caused. Otherwise the amount equal to the repair, replacement or value of the damaged object will be invoiced
  6. No strangers are allowed inside the structure, for any reason.
  7. Please let us know when you leave home and tell us, in principle, the program of your day, so that we can organize ours.
  8. Entry into the kitchen as required by law is allowed only to the staff of the b & b.
  9. The relaxation room is shared with the other guests, please leave it as clean as you found it
  10. Early or late check-in / out is always subject to availability and must necessarily be requested when booking. Otherwise the service cannot be guaranteed.
  11. The reception closes at 22:00 and reopens in the morning at 7:00. If you intend to leave before reopening, please check-out the previous evening.
  12. Breakfast is served from 7:15 to 09:30
    It is also possible to request early breakfast (before 7:15 am) but it must be booked one day in advance.
  13. All the services offered by Breakfast at Augusta are to be intended exclusively for its customers.
